- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Same experience as above, K**** the reception staff is plain rude. She made me seem unreasonable for requesting information on the NIPT. She refused to mail out any information stating she has never had this sort of request before and told me to come in and pick up the information otherwise she would not be able to provide any. She was quick to dismiss me and told me to go back to the obstetrician. I had poor experience just from a telephone call, I would hate to think what the actual appointment would be like if the reception culture is so poor.By Mark_X, October 23, 2019
